Ms. Bhaga received her law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2006 and graduated with honors, summa cum laude. Ms. Bhaga was awarded the University of Texas at El Paso Top Ten Senior Award for her academic success and her outstanding commitment to the community. Ms. Bhaga is Lead Counsel Rated in Family Law, a distinction that recognizes her profound legal experience, solid reputation, and her demonstration of ethics.
Ms. Banfield was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 2011. Since graduating from law school, she has worked extensively in the area of family law. Ms. Banfield has experience in litigation and also working with both parties to mediate divorce settlements. Ms. Banfield’s passion for family law came from her experiences in law school with internships with a pro bono domestic violence office, a Superior Court family law judge, and two successful family law attorneys.
Mr. Winter received his B.A. in Government & Politics in 1990 from St. John's University and then received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1993. He has extensive practice in Family Law, Divorce Mediation, Divorce Collaborative Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Winter is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Connecticut, New York and Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. In 2008, Attorney Winter was awarded Habitat for Humanity's prestigious "Second Mile Award" for his strong dedication and outstanding leadership for the organization.
Recognized for her courtroom and case management skills, she brings substantial experience in complex family support issues to the law firm. She spent 16 years working for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in paternity, child support establishment and enforcement in local, interstate, and international cases. Additionally, Ms. Mihalovich has specialized expertise in modifications of existing child support orders and interstate cases. She is a fountain of knowledge for both the clients she helps and the Stewart Law Group’s legal team. Her job as Assistant Attorney General prepared her for the work she does today, guiding Moms and Dads through Arizona divorce and child custody proceedings.
Amy Dohrendorf has been practicing law in greater Phoenix for over 15 years. She’s been with the Stewart Law Group and its predecessor firm since 2007, becoming a partner in 2015. A lawyer at heart even as a child, her dedication, hard work, and exceptional ability turned a youthful dream into reality. At graduation, she received a framed newspaper clipping from her Dad that said, “It wasn’t anything that you did or didn’t do as parents. I was born to be a lawyer!” In 1997, she graduated cum laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, receiving the Harold C. Lawson Memorial Law Scholarship, too. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2000.
Fred Ruotolo has been practicing family law in Arizona since 1992. He practices exclusively in family law matters including: litigated and settle divorces (dissolutions), legal separations, annulments, division of businesses, real estate and other property, division of debts, spousal maintenance (alimony), legal decision-making (custody), parenting time, grandparents’ rights, paternity matters, child support and relocation of children. Mr. Ruotolo also represents clients in their family law matters after their original orders have been entered.
Melissa Kleminski Bower is an Associate Attorney with the Stewart Law Group. Having joined the legal team in 2011, she works from the firm’s Peoria office location. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 with a 3.6 GPA from the University of Arizona. Her Juris Doctor degree (2004) is from The University of Denver Sturm Law School. No stranger to personal challenges, Melissa worked full time while attending law school classes at night, holding externships, and participating as a volunteer in legal programs. As a law school student, she took a month and travelled to Beijing, China, in the summer abroad program, something she calls a "humbling experience.” Early in her legal career, she took a job as a Judicial Clerk for a South New Jersey family court judge, the position solidified her determination to practice family law back here in Arizona.
Natalie brings zealous advocacy and compassion to every client’s legal matter, whether the case is straightforward or complex. Always eager to collaborate, she loves brainstorming with colleagues – exchanging ideas and sharing professional experiences – in a concerted effort to help clients by implementing winning legal strategies and litigation tactics. A proponent of settlement whenever it’s possible, Natalie’s creative legal mind is always working on outside-the-box solutions to clients’ problems.
Outgoing, funny, and always happy to lend a hand, Colin comes to us from western Canada and practices criminal law. After graduating from the University of Alberta (GO BEARS!!) where he played rugby and was active in the Student’s Union, Colin moved to Springfield, Massachusetts, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law (GO BEARS!!). As a law student Colin got his first taste of the criminal law as a student prosecutor for the Hampden County District Attorney. A proud moment in his academic career came when he was selected to be the graduating class speaker.
Scott Stewart is an experienced and successful divorce lawyer in Phoenix and founder of the Stewart Law Group.
