Meghan manages the firm’s disability practice and represents clients in administrative and civil matters. Meghan has represented injured and disabled clients before administrative agencies in a four-state area (Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas), circuit court, federal district court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Because of her experience, she is regularly invited to lecture on a variety of topics concerning Social Security Disability law. She is also the proud parent of a disabled child.
Meghan’s primary practice area is focused on Social Security Disability and she is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR). She also has experience handling a variety legal matters including disability, personal injury, debtor’s rights and worker’s compensation.
Before moving to Arkansas, Meghan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. She then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List, earning her Juris Doctorate. She and her family reside in Rogers, Arkansas, and in her free time she and her husband are avid outdoorsmen and cavers. Meghan is a member of several local and national organizations, promoting cave and natural resource conservation, and she served a number of years as a member and team leader of the Washington County Search and Rescue Team.
