Therese B. Garcia joined Lem Garcia Law in 2016, bringing several years of advocacy experience with her. She has built her life and career around helping and serving people. Before becoming an attorney, Therese spent many years working with low-income, elderly, and disabled people facing various circumstances, including drug addiction, domestic violence, and homelessness. Once she became an attorney, she continued to work for the public as a staff attorney in a legal aid office in San Bernardino, CA, where she represented clients fighting for Social Security and other public benefits. Now through Lem Garcia Law, Therese continues to focus on her passion for advocating for the people.
John C. Jocelyn was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area. After graduating from UC Irvine, John enlisted in the United States Army, where he distinguished himself as a human intelligence non-commissioned officer attached to the U.S. Army Special Forces in Afghanistan, earning an Army Commendation Medal and Combat Action Badge for his contributions to ongoing operations. Upon completing his term of enlistment, he became a professor at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center, training new soldiers in human intelligence operations, interrogation and intelligence source operations.
