Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University and her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2008. While at Stetson, she served as the Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review. Ms. Perrin began her legal career as an associate at a large law firm, but quickly transitioned into criminal law, serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County from 2009 to 2016.
From 2012 to 2016, Ms. Perrin was a member of the State Attorney’s Office White Collar Crime Unit, which handles complex financial theft and fraud cases. Ms. Perrin was also primarily responsible for prosecuting crimes involving financial exploitation of the elderly, where she developed a special interest in the intersection of criminal, guardianship, and probate matters. Ms. Perrin continues to serve on the State Attorney’s Elder Abuse Task Force, which coordinates the efforts of prosecutors, law enforcement, and other members of the community to safeguard elderly persons against both financial and physical abuse. Ms. Perrin has spoken about crimes against the elderly and white collar crimes to several organizations, including the Florida State Guardianship Association, the elder law section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the South County Probate Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Economic Crimes Forum, and Palm Beach Atlantic University.
A 1982 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Kitroser worked as an associate in a real estate practice and in civil litigation before taking a position as confidential law clerk for New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard A. Goldberg. He relocated to Palm, Beach County in 1995, accepting a position as Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office. Mitchell Kitroser chose to focus his law practice on providing legal services geared to the specialized needs of today’s family. "Assisting family members in disputes relative to the estates and trusts of their loved ones is rewarding. I provide clients with skilled representation in alternate dispute processes such as mediation, and in trial. Being part of a multidisciplinary team is essential in meeting the needs of our clients.”

“After spending years representing hospitals against insurance companies, I realized I was missing the human element of this profession. Working in this practice area allows me to get to know my clients and their families on a personal level and help them to protect or recover the assets they’ve often worked so hard to build. As an attorney, it’s easy to get caught up in the minutia of the law but ultimately, we are here to help our clients address some of their greatest, and often most emotional, challenges. I’m proud to say Kitroser, Lewis & Mighdoll does that every day.”
Clara Crabtree Ciadella is an Associate Attorney at Kitroser, Lewis & Mighdoll, having joined the firm in April 2022.
Ms. Ciadella is a fourth generation Palm Beach County resident who began her legal career with a company that specialized in helping hospitals recover denied claims from insurers. After quickly rising the ranks, Ms. Ciadella was promoted as the company’s first compliance officer, a testament to her ability to learn the intricacies of the law and management’s confidence in her to implement and oversee a compliance department for a multi-million-dollar company.
After three years in that role, Ms. Ciadella realized she wanted to work with people, not big businesses. This led her to her various positions with several prominent Palm Beach County law firms specializing in estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship administration and litigation.
Ms. Ciadella comes to Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll with an abundance of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the practice area that enables her to advise clients with respect to a wide range of issues.
