Nearly three decades ago, Scholle Law was founded by Charles Scholle to provide the highest quality, ethical representation for those who have been harmed or injured by the negligence or recklessness of others. Since our inception, we have held firmly to these founding values. We are proud that Scholle Law has gained a fine reputation for our unwavering commitment to excellence in law practice and dedication to our community. We represent clients within our local community, throughout metro Atlanta and across Georgia.
I am a native of Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia both for undergraduate and law school. When I was in school I focused on business and finance. My heart is in Georgia.
I am honored and proud to have served as as an infantryman with the Army National Guard and as an attorney with the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. As a JAG officer, I was called upon to provide timely and accurate legal advice to commanders facing important decisions impacting national security, as well as to military service members and their families facing difficult personal issues. I had the great honor to serve as lead defense counsel at the United States Air Force Academy. During that time, my defense team won two difficult and highly publicized jury trials, saving the Air Force careers of two young cadets. I continue to serve my country as a JAG officer in the National Guard, and have achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2015.
I am an experienced litigator handling personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions involving pedestrians, trucks, cars and motorcycles, medical malpractice and premises liability cases in Georgia and the Metro Atlanta Area. My clients have been adversely affected by brain, neck, back and spinal cord injuries, hip, knee, and shoulder injuries as well as other fractures, burns and scarring. Our practice focus is on helping innocent victims throughout Georgia obtain the just compensation they deserve for injuries and losses sustained as the result of another party's negligence or wrongdoing
