“We understand the impact a legal issue can have on your way of life. Let us help you fight this battle.”
Unlike other firms, our business model is not based on volume or quick settlements. We work passionately to create smart, effective strategies that mean the best results for our clients. We are never afraid to go to trial if we feel that is your best option. Years of experience have given us high-level skills in picking juries, presenting evidence, cross-examination, communicating with local judiciaries and taking on big players, including large insurance companies. We have one goal, and that is to win.
Felix Anthony “Andy” DeJean, IV, is the founder of DeJean Law Office. Andy is from Opelousas, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University and went on to receive his degree from Louisiana Tech in 1993. Andy enrolled in Southern University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1997. Within a year of receiving his bar certification, Andy opened his law practice with an emphasis on personal injury. Today, DeJean Law Office has expanded and includes experienced teams that handle cases for personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and complex litigation matters across Louisiana in both district and federal courts.
Andy is married to Amy Maida DeJean and has four children. You can often find Andy tailgating on LSU and Saints game days with his family and friends. When football season ends, Andy enjoys skiing in Colorado then coming right back home for Mardi Gras celebrations. His fierce nature has also inspired his children to swim competitively, during which time Andy and Amy cheer proudly from the sidelines. He is a family man, loves LSU football, hunting and fishing, and loves flavors of Louisiana life.
Erik R. Noland is an attorney at DeJean Law Office.
