Tom Piotrowski, is Detroit born and bred, and has been an of-counsel attorney with Kronzek & Cronkright since 2011. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1980. After working in brokerage firm for 3 years, Tom enrolled at the Detroit College of Law (DCL). During law school, Tom interned with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and was later offered and accepted a full time position with Wayne County. During his 10 years at Wayne County, Tom tried a variety of cases and numerous jury trials. Tom was then offered a similar position with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office. Tom stayed there between 1997-2007. In 2007, Tom left the legal profession for a brief time and help run a Detroit-based fiber-optic tile company. Missing the practice of law, Tom opened his own practice in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Tom’s practice focuses primarily on criminal defense He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Washtenaw County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District. His principle practice with Kronzek & Cronkright has focused on criminal defense and children’s protective proceedings.
