Daniel Rice

Dan Rice was raised in Miles City, Montana. Dan graduated from Custer County District High School in 2000, served in the US Army and Montana National Guard, and received his bachelors degree and juris doctorate from the University of Montana. Dan volunteered as a reserve sheriffs deputy in Missoula County from 2007 through 2010 while completing his undergraduate and graduate studies.

Mr. Rice returned to his home town of Miles City with his wife, Ilyana, and his two sons, Cain and Jordan.

Dan practices in the areas of transactional law including contracts of all types, corporations, and real estate transactions, estate planning and probate, domestic relations, and other areas of law traditionally handled in a small town general law practice.
