Graduated from St. Peter’s College with a BS Degree. Thereafter, he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School with a JD Degree in 1964. He also received a Masters in law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1966. He commenced his legal career as an assistant prosecutor in Hudson County from 1964 to 1970. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1982 and has continued to be so certified up to the present time. He has also received Board Certification in Civil Trial Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the West Hudson, Hudson County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations.
Kathleen Reilly is a graduate of Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1982. She began her legal career as an associate at the Budd Larner Law Firm in Short Hills, NJ where she worked on the Agent Orange litigation and represented various manufacturers in product liability defense matters as well as representing both plaintiff and defendants in medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Reilly has been in private practice in Hudson County since 1990 representing plaintiffs in a variety of different types of litigation, specializing in Personal Injury.She is the Second Vice President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a past President of the West Hudson Bar Association, is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the Hudson County Bar Association.
Graduated from the University of Scranton with a BA degree in History 1976, Juris Doctor Degree from the St. Louis University School of Law 1979. President of West Hudson Bar Association 1996. Vice President of West Hudson Bar Association in 1995. Member American Association for Justice. Serves as an arbitrator for Superior Court of NJ and as an independent arbitrator for various insurance related liability matters.
Jacqueline Rosa, Counsel to the Firm, is a seasoned civil litigator. She has received numerous personal injury verdicts and at age, 32, she became the youngest female ever to be Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
A lifelong Bergen County resident, Jacqueline graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College and then earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. She clerked for now Federal Judge Brian R. Martinotti, in the Bergen County Superior Court. Once she completed her clerkship, she worked as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. After several years of defense work, Jacqueline joined plaintiffs’ personal injury trial firm Jae Lee Law in Fort Lee, NJ. Thereafter, she was a Partner at Seigel Law in Ridgewood, NJ where she obtained multiple plaintiffs’ verdicts and high grossing settlements
