Attorney Nicholas Masington has been practicing law in Northeast, PA since 1990. A transplant from Philadelphia, he is a resident of Palmerton, PA where he resides with his wife of 21+ years Sandra and their teenage children Dillon and Shannon. Currently, Attorney Masington divides his time between the firm’s Carbon County and Monroe County offices. From day one, he has devoted the bulk of his practice to the areas of Divorce, Family and Domestic Relations Law and over the years has served thousands of clients in that capacity. He takes a “no nonsense”, hard working approach to his cases and his focus is aimed at obtaining the best result possible in the shortest time possible and at the least expense possible for his clients. Founding member of the firm, Brett J. Riegel, Esq., is a native of Berwick, Pennsylvania. He Practices out of the Stroudsburg ARM Law Office.
Founding member of the firm, Brett J. Riegel, Esq., is a native of Berwick, Pennsylvania, who graduated at the top of his class in 1988 as a multi-sport letter athlete, Eagle Scout and community activist. Following honors graduation from Dickinson College, with a double major in English and Dramatic Arts as preparation for law school, Brett, completed his legal studies at the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Beginning January 1, 2012, he joined with veteran attorneys Marshall Anders and Nicholas J. Masington, III to form Anders, Riegel & Masington, LLC.
In addition to the criminal matters, Brett has also focused his practice on family law and other civil litigation matters, including personal injury, business litigation, real estate litigation and appeals.
William is a lifelong resident of eastern Pennsylvania and the newest Associate at Anders Riegel & Masington, LLC.
William is a lifelong resident of eastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville, PA and then from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. William then attended law school at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and, while there, interned with Judge Paula Patrick of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he gained valuable experience in the area of criminal law. After finishing his internship, William clerked for a small general practice firm in West Chester, PA before joining the team at Anders, Riegel & Masington, LLC as a law clerk in 2013. Following graduation from law school and admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, William was hired as a full-time associate of the firm. He and his wife, Candace, currently reside in Tannersville, PA.

Joshua B. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, personal injury and general litigation. Attorney Goldberg has handled all aspects of Workers’ Compensation matters; including throughout the appeals process as both a Claimant’s attorney and a defense attorney for various insurance carriers.

Attorney Marshall Anders is the senior member of the firm and has been practicing law throughout Northeast PA since 1973. A graduate of Notre Dame University and Dickinson School of Law, Attorney Anders has focused the majority of his practice in the areas of Criminal and Civil Litigation and is one of only a handful of Monroe County attorneys certified to handle the defense side of capital murder cases. He has tried both civil and criminal cases before nearly every branch of the Pennsylvania court system.
