John David Hawkins is the Founder and Owner of HawkLaw. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Focusing on litigation, Mr. Hawkins is experienced handling Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law matters.
C. Logan Rollins has been practicing at HawkLaw since 2010 working on personal injury cases like car accident injuries, wrongful death and more. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Charleston School of Law, his MA in English from Clemson University, and his BA in English from North Greenville University.
Brittany McPhillips received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the College of Charleston in 2010, where she was a member of numerous civic groups and honor societies. Mrs. McPhillips then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. While at the Charleston School of Law, Mrs. McPhillips was an active member of Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity and volunteered as a certified juvenile arbitrator. She was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 2014, Texas in 2016, and South Carolina in 2017.
Christy Lester Kellerhals is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw Firm. Mrs. Kellerhals received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Spanish from the University of South Carolina in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2013. While at Southwestern Law School, Mrs. Kellerhals served as Vice President of Southwestern Law School Mountaineering Associates, helped establish the Southwestern Law School Teen Court Program, and wrote for The Law Commentator. She was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2014 and South Carolina in 2015.
James Christopher Sproat (Jim) is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw. Mr. Sproat received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011. While at the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Sproat served as both the Student Bar Association President and the Managing Editor of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2011, after working with both the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the South Carolina Court of Appeals during school.
