Paul Saputo

Paul Saputo has dedicated his law practice to defending people accused of crimes and litigating cases against the government where individual freedom and life is at stake. Mr. Saputo has numerous legal victories to his name, including jury verdicts of acquittal, numerous state and federal dismissals, successful writs of habeas corpus among many other victories.

Paul graduated from Duke Law School in 2012 and began his career at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins before founding his own practice in 2014. Mr. Saputo has never been a prosecutor or worked for any law enforcement unit, and he has always been a protector of individuals in fights against the government.

He is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, but has also been admitted to practice in numerous federal jurisdictions.

Rose Richerson

Rose Richerson received her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2015. As a student, Ms. Richerson earned a position on the Journal of Real Property Law and her student article was one of few chosen to be published in the Fall of 2014.

Ms. Richerson was also an elected member of the Student Bar Association throughout law school and was the elected Vice President in her final year.

For two summers during law school, Ms. Richerson interned at the Comal County District Attorney's Office primarily assisting attorneys in juvenile and Child Protective Services cases. In her final year of law school, Ms. Richerson worked as a legal assistant for Fort Worth civil attorney, Harold D. Hammett. In this position, she drafted motions and trial briefs. and conducted extensive legal research on a daily basis.

After completing law school, Ms. Richerson returned to the DA's office as a clerk and participated in juvenile and CPS case hearings.
