Windle Turley

Windle Turley founded the Turley Law Firm in 1973. Since then he has been ready to seek justice for clients in Dallas, North Texas, and many other parts of the United States.

Mr. Turley is renowned for innovative communication techniques during trial to illustrate to the court the impact of an accident or injury on the victim’s life. He has also been recognized for his ability to develop and apply new theories for recoveries for his clients.

In addition to extensive experience as a litigator before some of the state and country’s highest courts, Mr. Turley is an accomplished lecturer and author. He has written more than 50 articles on trial preparation and litigation, as well as two books: Aviation Litigation and Firearms Litigation. In addition, he is a published wildlife photographer. Linda Turley

Linda Turley started practicing law in Texas in 1983. In 1988, she became Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Turley handles a multitude of injury and wrongful death claims brought by victims and families in the Dallas Metroplex. She has extensive experience pursuing product liability, medical malpractice, and many other types of negligence claims.

Ms. Turley frequently teaches other lawyers and writes articles on pre-trial preparation and litigation in personal injury claims. She has written more than 35 articles on the subject, and her argument in the case of Schwartz v. John Deere is included as part of the acclaimed series Million Dollar Arguments.

With a given name of Nguyen Thi Thuy-Hang, Ms. Nguyen was born in Qui Nhon, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States as a war refugee in 1975. She has spent the majority of her life in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Nguyen joined the Turley Law Firm directly from law school.

Ms. Nguyen has assisted clients in personal injury cases, including life-altering injuries with millions of dollars at stake.

For three consecutive years, Texas Monthly Magazine named Ms. Nguyen one of its Rising Stars for promising attorneys under the age of 40. Less than 3% of lawyers statewide are chosen for this distinction.

Before joining the Turley Law Firm, Ms. Nguyen worked for eight years in Information Technology consulting for Fortune 500 companies in management, sales, and recruiting, where she earned recognition for implementing corporate best practices.

During her law school career, Ms. Nguyen was Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and Research Assistant for Prof. William Dorsaneo. She won several awards in oral advocacy and legal writing.

Lacey Turley Most

Lacey Turley Most is from Dallas, Texas. Ms. Most works on a variety of cases, including Negligence and Sexual Abuse cases. She received her bachelor of arts and graduated with general honors from the University of Miami. Prior to joining the Turley Law Firm, Ms. Most worked on death penalty cases in Florida. She also assisted victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes in navigating the United States immigration system.

During law school, Ms. Most distinguished herself at the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated in the top 5% of her class. She earned multiple awards for her academic performance, including the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for earning the highest grades in her legal writing and conflict of laws classes. Ms. Most graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

For her performance in the school’s Litigation Skills program Ms. Most was awarded the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship and selected to serve as the Richard Lapidus Litigation Skills Fellow. As a Litigation Skills Fellow, Ms. Most assisted other students in honing trial practice skills.

In addition to her work in the Litigation Skills program, Ms. Most devoted her time to legal writing and research. She served as Articles and Comments Editor for University of Miami Law Review, which published Ms. Most’s comment on the law and involuntary medical treatment. She also served as a Writing Dean’s Fellow where she helped other law students develop their writing skills.
